Request Account Deletion

If you would like your Rounds & Reps account and associated data deleted, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@roundsandreps.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include any details needed to identify your account if you contact us from a different email address.

What will be deleted

  • Your account profile and login access.
  • Your workout scores, notes, uploaded media, and other account-linked training history stored in Rounds & Reps.
  • Your community activity and related account-linked content, subject to technical and legal limitations.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, or operational compliance purposes.

Timeline

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable time after confirming the requestor's identity.
