Request Account Deletion

If you would like your Rounds & Reps account and associated data deleted, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@roundsandreps.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include any details needed to identify your account if you contact us from a different email address.

What will be deleted

  • Your account profile and login access.
  • Your workout scores, notes, uploaded media, and other account-linked training history stored in Rounds & Reps.
  • Your community activity and related account-linked content, subject to technical and legal limitations.

What may be retained

Deleted account data may remain in encrypted disaster-recovery backups for up to 90 additional days. Payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and other legally required records may be retained for up to 7 years, or longer when applicable law requires it. These records are restricted to the purpose for which they are retained.

Timeline

We delete account-linked data from active systems within 30 days after verifying the requestor's identity. Data remaining in encrypted backups is deleted as those backups are overwritten, within 90 additional days.
