Information we collect

• Account details such as your name, email address, login credentials, and profile information.
• Workout and training data you create or upload, including scores, notes, media attachments, and activity history.
• Device and usage information such as app version, device type, operating system, IP address, and diagnostic logs.
• Payment and subscription records when applicable, processed through third-party payment providers.
• Communications you send to us, including support requests, feedback, and bug reports.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Rounds & Reps product and user experience.
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Save and display workouts, scores, leaderboards, community activity, and related app features.
• Send service-related communications such as account notices, support replies, and important product updates.
• Analyze performance, troubleshoot bugs, and monitor reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How information may be shared

• With service providers who help us operate the platform, such as hosting, analytics, authentication, messaging, and payment vendors.
• With other users only as needed for product features you use, such as community activity, leaderboards, profile information, or shared workout interactions.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, our company, or others.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality and legal protections.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for the periods described below, unless a longer period is required by law or is needed to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements.

• Account and training data: retained while your account is active. After a verified deletion request, account-linked profile, workout, score, note, media, and community data is deleted from active systems within 30 days.
• Backups: deleted account data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days before those backups are overwritten. Backup data is isolated and used only for disaster recovery.
• Device, usage, and diagnostic records: retained for up to 12 months.
• Support requests, feedback, and communications: retained for up to 24 months after the request is closed.
• Payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and legally required records: retained for up to 7 years, or longer when applicable law requires it. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by Rounds & Reps.

When a retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the information. To request deletion, visit our account deletion page.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• You may update certain account and profile information inside the app.
• You may choose what workout content, profile information, or community activity you share through available app settings and features.
• You may contact us to request account-related help or data questions.

Children's privacy

Rounds & Reps is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and provide notice when appropriate.
